Initial Setup

These settings only need to be set when first using the software
Go To Edit then Setup
Coose the lablel tab and set the printer IP
Enter the IP address of your Zebra compatible printer.
Select Units of Measure
If you have a MfgID enter it here if not leave it alone
To Print a Label
Run PPS Ultralite from your desktop. It should be a green PPS Logo
1) Select Product ID from drop down list
2) Qty = Number of Labels, Enter Weight of each box, Press Print Box Label
To Add / Edit Products
Select Edit then Products
If you want to Edit a product that already exists just search for the product and press the blue save icon save after edits
To add a new product, First press the Green + Icon
Enter all fields then press Calc GTIN
When complete Press the Blue Save Button
Change Label Design
The system comes with a label design built in for a 4x3 label to change the label please contact Progressive Scale
