How to Add Ingredients to a Product in PPS

- Log into the Main Menu on the PPS Desktop Software
- Select Products Edit from the main menu
- Select the product you wish to add Ingredients to
- Select the Label Tab from the top toolbar
- To add a new ingredient – click on the yellow folder (as shown in photo above)
- Click Add button to add new ingredients. Data box’s will go blank, ready to populate data
- Name your Ingredients with a reference name for easy use later
- Add all ingredients in box….How you write the ingredients is exactly how it will come out on the label
- Ingredients will word wrap automatically on the label so no need to format when entering info
- Once all info is entered press Save button - Ingredients are now saved for later use
- Once Saved – Ingredients reference name will appear on dropdown list
- Select the Ingredient reference name required for the product
- Product is now paired with the ingredients needed
- Save product by clicking save in top left hand corner of Products Edit
