How to Add Ingredients to a Product in PPS

 

 

 

 




  • Log into the Main Menu on the PPS Desktop Software
  • Select Products Edit from the main menu
  • Select the product you wish to add Ingredients to
  • Select the Label Tab from the top toolbar

 

 

  • To add a new ingredient – click on the yellow folder (as shown in photo above)
  • Click Add button to add new ingredients. Data box’s will go blank, ready to populate data

 

 

  • Name your Ingredients with a reference name for easy use later
  • Add all ingredients in box….How you write the ingredients is exactly how it will come out on the label
  • Ingredients will word wrap automatically on the label so no need to format when entering info
  • Once all info is entered press Save button  - Ingredients are now saved for later use

 

 

 

  • Once Saved – Ingredients reference name will appear on dropdown list
  • Select the Ingredient reference name required for the product
  • Product is now paired with the ingredients needed
  • Save product by clicking save in top left hand corner of Products Edit
