• If your BOL is not printing from the designated printer, first check to see if print server is running. If it is not running, start the application.
  • If you run print server but the BOL still does not print, you can also check the Printers and Scanners settings in Windows and check the print queue for that printer to see if there is something trying to print but it is unable to due to a mechanical issue. 
  • Another troubleshooting step would be to try and run a basic report using Crystal Reports. If a report that is not the BOL is throwing an error, then the error is through Crystal Reports and a restart of your server or wherever you have Crystal Reports may solve the problem.
